These terms govern your use of the Sleever Chrome extension and web dashboard ("Sleever", "the Service"). By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to them.
Sleever scans eBay and Vinted listings for football/soccer trading cards and compares them to real sold-price and market evidence (including data from eBay, Vinted, MySlabs, and Fanatics Collect) to flag listings that may be underpriced. It is a research and alerting tool - it does not buy, sell, list, ship, grade, or authenticate cards, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of eBay Inc., Vinted, MySlabs, Fanatics Collect, or any grading company.
Valuations, "deal" labels (BUY / GOOD DEAL / NEAR DEAL), and estimated profit figures are informational estimates built from available sold-price data. They are not a guarantee of resale value, condition, authenticity, or profit. You are solely responsible for verifying a listing before you buy, and for any purchase you make.
You need an account (via Clerk) to use the dashboard and extension. Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, with immediate effect, from the billing portal (accessed via "Manage billing" in the extension popup) - no need to contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a new paid subscription; contact us to exercise it. If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend access to paid features until it's resolved.
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or scrape Sleever's data to build a competing service; attempt to bypass scan limits, rate limits, or authentication; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or share your account/extension access with people outside your own use.
Sleever depends on eBay, Vinted, and other third-party price-data sources (MySlabs, Fanatics Collect) remaining reachable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific listing will be scanned or surfaced in time for you to act on it.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleever and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from a purchase made based on information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or abuses the Service (e.g. scraping, excessive automated load). You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
